【Instruction】

 

Imparts smooth and fluffy hand feel to fabrics. Suitable for sueding finish of synthetic microfibers, and also applicable to sueding and sanding finishes of fabrics such as cotton, T/C, polyester, and nylon. After treatment, the fabric has a comfortable hand feel and smooth sueding.

 

 

【Product Features】

 

  1. Good soft, smooth, and fluffy hand feel effect, making the fabric easy to raise.
  2. After finishing, the fabric has a flat suede surface, with even and supple pile.
  3. Has little impact on color shade, whiteness, and color fastness.
  4. Can be used for lubricating, sanding, and raising of cheese yarn, ensuring smooth raising.

 

 

【Usage Instructions】

 

Recommended process:

 

  1. Padding Method
    Recommended process: (One dip and one nip, pick-up rate 70 - 80%) → Drying → Setting
    Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L
  2. Dipping Method
    Recommended process: Impregnation (constant temperature at 60°C for 20 minutes) → Draining → Washing → Drying
    Recommended dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform a compatibility test in advance.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life is 6 months.
