【Precautions】

1. When using, the dye solution temperature must be lowered to the appropriate temperature first, and then the pH value should be adjusted. After keeping the pH value of the dye solution uniform, an appropriate amount of all-round enzyme should be added.
2. The use of all-round enzyme is quite safe. It is non-flammable and can be completely dissolved in water. Enzyme is a protein. Inhalation of its dust or suspended particles may cause allergic reactions in sensitive people. Long-term contact with some enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. If stirred vigorously, dust that is easily inhaled will be generated. Leaked substances should be washed away with water.

【Precautions for Using All-round Enzyme】

1. Water ratio: 1 : 4 - 5
2. pH value: 5.5 - 6.5 (especially important)
3. Rotation speed: 20% slower than dyeing (for example, if the dyeing speed is 250 revolutions per minute, it is reduced to 200 revolutions per minute)
4. Water flushing pressure: a little slower, 20% slower than dyeing
5. Water quality: If the metal ion content is high, a chelating dispersant of 0.1 - 0.5 g/L needs to be added.
6. Temperature rise: Heat up to about 55°C. First, dilute the all-round enzyme with clean water in the auxiliary tank and then add it to the main tank (remember not to add the all-round enzyme first and then heat up to avoid the temperature rising too fast or the local temperature being too high, which will affect the "activity" of the enzyme and cause it to fail.)
7. For sensitive colors, do not perform dyeing and bio-polishing simultaneously (such as turquoise blue, bright blue, etc.). It is recommended to perform bio-polishing first and then dyeing.

【Storage and Packaging】

1. Storage: Under the storage condition of 0 - 25°C, the activity can be maintained for at least 3 months. Unfavorable storage conditions will gradually reduce the enzyme activity and lead to an increase in dosage. Therefore, it is recommended to store it in a sealed container at low temperature and avoid direct sunlight.
2. Packaging: Packed in 25KG plastic drums.
