【Application Method】

 

Immersion-padding method is recommended:

 

  • Dosage: 50 - 80g/L of silicone oil
  • Liquid pickup: 70 - 80%
    Dilute the working solution → one-dip-one-nip (with liquid pickup between 70 - 80%) → drying and setting at 150℃. The above recommended process is a common process. Your company can adjust the dosage and processing process according to your own process or hand feel requirements.
