This product is a fluorocarbon compound emulsion with excellent waterproofing ability. It is used for waterproof finishing of chemical fiber, cellulose fiber and their blended fabrics. It has the characteristics of long-lasting waterproofing and strong anti-interference ability.

【Usage】
Suitable for single-sided waterproof finishing of chemical fiber, cellulose fiber and their blended fabrics.
Reference dosage: 2 - 30g/L for padding method.
Padding method finishing: Waterproof finishing agent: 2 - 30g/L, pH: 5 - 6, padding (pick-up rate 50 - 80%) → drying → curing at 150 - 170℃. 

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. Usually, the shear resistance of the fluoride finishing liquid is limited. Therefore, the process should be kept as gentle as possible during use. For example, long-term high-speed stirring will cause emulsion breakage and produce milky yellow foam, which should be avoided. The foam accumulated on the liquid surface must be removed.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
